Shipping Policy

Shipping Time:

Transit time begins the first full shipping day after the package leaves our warehouse.

Myra Aso ships throughout Canada and the *Continental United States.

*Continental United States excludes the following: Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico and United States Virgin Islands. Shipment to these countries will incur international shipping fees.

Canada: Standard shipping time within Canada takes 2 to 9 days.

United States: Standard shipping time to the Continental United States takes 3 to 15 days.

Myra Aso only delivers to street addresses and P.O. Boxes in Canada.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping cost is $5.95 CAD and are subject to change without notice.

Customs and duties may vary from country to country and payment of all customs, duties, and associated fees including taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Delivery dates

Delivery dates may vary and be affected by the shipping destination, and holidays applicable to both, and/or Canada and the United States.

Shipping orders will not be processed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Method of shipping used: To pass savings on to you, we use ground shipping with Canada Post (Canada) and USPS (US). does not offer expedited shipping.

Digital Packing Slip: In order to cut down on paper consumption, we do not send paper packing slips with orders. When your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a digital packing slip of your order, via email.

Return Policy

You can initiate a return for most new and unopened items within 15 days of confirmed delivery date for a full refund. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. Shipping costs are prepaid by the buyer. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 45 days of delivery. We inspect all returned items and award a partial refund for opened or used products. If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.

If you initiate a return after 30 days, may issue a partial refund depending on elapsed time and condition of merchandise.

Return Policy Rules and Exceptions

  • Non-Returnable Items

Any item specifically marked as Non-Returnable on the product page will not be accepted for returns.

  • Products Returned After 30 Days

Because products decrease in value over time, we offer partial refunds for items returned more than 30 days after delivery. In addition, we may reduce the refund further based on the condition of the merchandise.

  • Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error

Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received may be returned without penalty. Your shipping charges will be waived. When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue you a full refund by way of original payment. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.
